Chipper For Time

  • 100 Jump Ropes (or Jumping Jacks)

  • 80 Mountain Climbers

  • 60 Air Squats

  • 40 Sit-Ups

  • 20 Burpees

  • 10 Corner Sprints (or 40ft Sprints)

Set a timer, get to work, and chip away at all 310 reps as fast as you can! Let us know how fast you finished! 😈
