Membership Levels

With the Unlimited  plan, you can come to as many classes as you want. As we add new classes, these will also be available to Unlimited members. 

Mayhem Kids is designed for ages 6-11, and covers everything from grappling to striking in an age appropriate environment. 

Not ready to become a member just yet? No problem. You can drop in to train with us any time with a day pass!

Cardio Kickboxing is designed to help you get fighter fit without the fight. Workouts will be broken into rounds and include real kickboxing movements designed to emulate the feeling (and fitness) of kickboxing, but without the contact of the real thing.
