Cardio Kickboxing

Our brand new Cardio Kickboxing class is about to kick off! (We hope you're as excited as we are!) Here's everything you need to know before your first class, and how you can go ahead and get pre-registered today!

When is it?

Beginning April 2nd, we'll have class every Monday and Wednesday at 4:30pm.

Where is it?

We are located at 519 Barrett Blvd (in Henderson), in the same parking lot as Custom Car Wash, and right across the street from Firedome Pizza.

What can I expect?

These classes are designed to help you learn new things and get fighter fit, but without the contact of our full MMA classes. We'll teach real-life kickboxing combinations, and allow you to practice in a safe, fun environment while getting stronger, fitter, and more skilled with every workout.

Each session will be a full-body workout and run about 50 minutes, including a warm up, 8 kickboxing-style rounds led by our trained coaching staff, and end with a cooldown. These are fitness-only classes, so there will be no contact. Don't let that fool you, though...we're still excited to bring you all the fun and mayhem we are known for. We just won't hit you. You're welcome! 😉

Cardio Kickboxing is open to both men and women ages 10 and up, and is way more fun with friends...so grab your whole squad and get ready to get fighter fit!

What do I need?

For the first few pilot classes, you won't need any special equipment. After a few weeks, you may want to get some boxing gloves and wrist wraps. We can help you get these, or you can come with any you prefer. We can talk about all this in class, though, so feel free to show up with nothing but comfortable workout clothes and some determination.

How much does it cost?

Cardio Kickboxing will cost only $50/month to attend any or all classes we offer throughout the month. We also have an option to "bundle" members of the same household with this or other "specialty" classes (which does also include our Mayhem Kids classes). You may also choose to sign up for our Unlimited membership, which already includes all Mayhem Fitness classes, as well as our MMA classes.
